Name and Contact Information
Your name, address, and contact information (phone number, email address, etc.) is collected solely for the purpose of billing, and to contact you as necessary in connection with your reservations, banquets, or other reasons you have chosen to do business with us.
We will never sell, lend, disclose, hand over, release, or otherwise make your personal information available to any party.

Credit Card Information
Your credit card number and verification code is used only to process the payments you have authorized us to charge to that credit card in advance. The credit card information is used only for obtaining payment for the service provided at the time when the credit card information is provided to us. At every sub-sequent payment, the card information must be entered again.
We will not use your credit card information to perform a credit check, unless you or your organization specifically request a line of credit with our hotel.

Customer and Order History
All room and banquet reservations will be stored securely in our system for as long as current legislation requires. This also allows us to provide the service of allowing our customers to simply order "the same as last time", and enables us to create anonymous statistical information required for improving our hotel and our services.
